With a background of over 15 years in the domestic architectural business, we have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of a new build dwelling, including technical, design and commercial experience. In 2008 Energy & Design ltd was formed to fill an ever increasing requirement of energy requirements for new build dwellings. Since starting in 2008 we have now increased our team to allow us to expand into existing dwelling EPC`s, Green deal, air tightness testing and thermography and with the demise of the code for sustainable homes in 2015, we have retrained as HQM assessors so we can offer a full package to our clients. We look forward to offering a solution to help you design a sustainable, technical, airtight and commercially pleasing product for all parties.
